Oh, these guys. I just loved Katie + Mike from the first moment I met them. We chatted at a Starbucks over a year ago and they booked me on the spot – they knew they wanted me and that was that. And, I can’t tell you how much it made my heart swell. I still consider myself incredibly lucky to be tasked of capturing one’s wedding day, and I truly consider it a huge responsibility and honor. So I’m still sometimes shocked that someone could place all that trust in little ‘ole me.

But enough about me, let’s get in to their beautiful day!

Here is our beautiful bride Katie.. she was so calm throughout the whole day.

 

I knew right away that I was going to have fun with these girls – they were ALLLLLLLLL SMIIIILLLLEESSSSSS

 

 

Next stop, the boys! My second shoot Joy was amazing all day. I was so glad to have her by my side.

She was NOT happy about the ring bearer coming to steal her job.

 

While the rain made getting married under the tent a necessity, it was still so beautiful. I love the symmetry here.

 

And they’re married! These two gang signed their first portrait!

 

Once we were done family + bridal party formals, we had about 10 minutes of couple’s portraits. I’d say we rocked it though!
