Hi friends! Today I’m sharing the sweetest little wedding with ya!

Deidre contacted me a mere 3 weeks before her wedding, not because she’s a procrastinator but because she and Jeff decided “let’s just do it now” and then she planned the entire thing in 3 weeks. She also happens to be a very busy pediatrician, so YES SHE’S A POWERHOUSE.

Deidre + Jeff had only their immediate family (+ Heather!) in attendance, and it was the best ever. They all got to truly enjoy each other – they all got ready at Jeff’s parent’s house where they got to spend the entire day together. Then they walked to the pond behind the house, where Deidre’s two dads walked her down the aisle and Deidre + Jeff officially got hitched (by Jeff’s brother!).

I TOLD YOU THIS WAS THE SWEETEST.

Anyway, enough of my blabbering because I could definitely go on forever..

 

Deidre, her mama + Jeff sharing a moment is one of my faves.

Their details were so elegant and perfect. (Not pictured: the personalized socks +ties Deidre got for the men, the personalized hangers + robes Deidre got for the ladies, and the special personalized gifts she gave to every single person. And she did it in 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS.)

Yes, Jeff is THAT happy.

Sebastian is quite possibly the chillest dog I ever met. He was the ring bearer. Everyone had a job.

Heather seeing her bestie for the first time is the cutest.

After the wedding, we drove 5 minutes away to the Historic Smithville Inn where we did a few more portraits and had an incredible dinner.

And we obviously had to do a few portraits of the new couple.

 

Deidre + Jeff – there aren’t words to express how thankful I am that you both chose me to CAPTURE (see what I did there?) your day. You, your families + Heather! were so warm + welcoming to me.
