I had the absolute best day ever with this sweet family, documenting their newest little love Penelope. Keri & Anthony work with my husband Brandon, and he’s always commenting about how hilarious they are. The first thing I did when I went home was to tell Brandon “I like them. Like, I like-them-could-hang-out-with-them-drink-beers-with-them ‘like’ them”.  So, you guys: just let me know when you’re ready.

First up: the whole family including Meatball the dog. Yes, they own a dog named Meatball. Yes, I sort of love them for that.

How incredibly radiant is Keri? I mean, she was just oozing with love for sweet little Penelope.

 

Give me a pouty baby over a smiling baby ANY DAY.

 

A total fave. Keri was made to be a mama.

 

Yes, they really were this cute the whole time.

 

Penelope is awake! And it was around this time that I actually looked down and said “ahhhh! She’s a redhead!” What is cuter than a newborn with red hair?

Answer: NOTHING.

 

Babies are funny.

 

The eye contact with this one was something else.

 

Meatball likes his new sister.

 

Penelope has the most beautiful stork mark on her head, and it’s a perfect heart-shape.

 

Keri + Anthony + Penelope + Meatball – thank you so much for inviting me in to your home to capture this fleeting time for you. You guys reminded me again why I love what I do – you made this session easy, and carefree, and fun. I adore you guys and wish you nothing but love (and a few extra hours of sleep!). xo, Lauren
